The files are in org.apache.openejb.alt.containers.castor_cmp11. There are currently uses of that code and no way to enable use of the old castor engine. If we wanted that, we'd have to write more code which is something I wish to avoid :)

Looks like there are no objections, so I'll remove the code.

I think that's the most important question now that I give it some
thought, i.e. who is willing to support it.  I certainly don't want
to.  Maybe we retire it but leave the CMP over JPA code alone (i.e.
be ready to put it back) for a release or two to see if people
complain about it not being there.
