Yes. It's time zone problem.
My location's time zone is Asia/Taipei. The Asia/Taipei time zone send the
incorrect meeting time to Exchange.
As I change the same time zone area to Asia/Shanghai, it correct.
It seems OM time zone bug.

I just now tested this on the OM test server and it seems to work fine.
I think it might be a timezone issue. Could you please check that up?
