Procedure: (a) checked the contents of the source (and binary) artifact, (b) verified my own signatures via my validation script (c) ran a local build of the project via the src artifact of this release candidate (d) checked the corresponding Eval CI results (e) ran a couple of tests with StormCrawler + OpenNLP
