With so much focus on the document shape - I didn't generify the current sentence embedding interface.
OPENNLP-1937 is a small surface that handles this. It'll be the last thing needed to put everything for the experimental embeddings into addons. PR is here: https://github.com/apache/opennlp/pull/1290
