It's not just a bad display: it is exported to pdf http://people.apache.org/~rgb-es/rotation.pdf But I just see a weird behaviour: Reopening the document, rotation works without problems on the fox picture, but if I copy the fox picture → paste special as bitmap → get the empty box → rotation fails again on the original picture. Increasing the memory per object does not change this behaviour.
