Thanks for this hint. I've fixed some more links for the applications as
not only the reported one was incorrect.

I believe the issue is that the link includes "product=Drawing", but the
product is actually called Draw. As evidence for that being the case, when you go to
file a but report for draw starting from the issues.apache.org site, the link looks like
this: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/enter_bug.cgi?product=Draw
