No: the problem is explained in
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=122910 and is related to
the OpenOffice code, not to the tools.
So: we need to use the deprecated "sh" code due to still existing
technical constraints in OpenOffice.

Serbian Cyrillic and Latin are swapped (sr must be Cyrillic, sh Latin).
