I'm sorry but I cannot see this or a similar problem. When clicking the
download link I get a download progress until its end.
If you are browsing via a proxy server (e.g., due to your ISP) maybe
it's possible and helping to disable it or vis-versa to enable it.
If you are browsing via your employer's Internet connection, maybe the
Sysadmin(s) have blocked special ports or domains. A little talk with
them could bring a solution, too.
