updates for the ministry of education to teach high school students.
Will this available for the release of 4.1.1?

Besides several fixes (info is coming later) the milestone will contain
translation updates for pl, lt, de, zh-TW. and new translations for ca
and ca-XV.
The translation pt and he contains several errors (found by gsicheck)
and have to be fixed first. They will be integrated later.
The milestone preparation starts now to have it in place later this week.
