Hi , Localization for ZH-TW is totally broken. English UI appears.
I built from svn rev. 1611916 several times in Linux (Ubuntu 12) and found the result, guessing if I made any mistake. Then I installed 4.1.1 M3 in Windows today. Seeing the same on Windows. Here is the file I tried: Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.1_Win_x86_install_zh-TWM3
