Well, you can download AOO 4.1.1 from Serbain-latn site: http://www.openoffice.org/sr-latn/download/ About Serbian-cyrl and Sebrian-latn, it is the one language, with two different orthography. For now, the problem is how cyrilic version, with some apropriate code, transform in latinic version (transliteration is what is necessary).
