I think Regina has given a good comment in the meantime.
Otherwise if your question is focusing more on the first statement, you
can always comment yourself. In this case in a way like "this has
nothing to do with freeware of open source or closed software. No
software is perfect and can react in every special situation in a way
the user is expecting".
