I've tested on multiple browsers and this all goes nowhere (or in circles). It's a bummer as I'd like to try Apache OpenOffice and I can't even download the installer.

I should mention that the troubleshooting direct link is also SourceForge so that's not a reasonable download alternative (same download site as original). Looks like SourceForge is broken. Maybe they have no redundnancy or can't put up a maintenance page.
