I am currently going through the faq's on the wiki to make sure that the answers are still valid for the current state of the project. One of them deals with the requirements to release an language. It states that it must be 100% and that there be an active translation team. I know that we decided a while back to keep 100% UI translation as a requirement, but do we still want to advertise the requirement for an active translation team?
