I think the files are known as the Uno Runtime Environment(URE).

I think they are built within AOO but we normally don't put them into
the final packages.

The 4 jar files: ridl.jar, juh.jar, unoil.jar, and jurt.jar are
distributed with AOO in:
openoffice4/program/classes
I don't know if they have changed much other than the licensing.
I have a lot of homework to do to find out all that is required.
