I found hamcrest here: https://mirror.hmc.edu/ubuntu/pool/main/libh/
and junit4 here: https://mirror.hmc.edu/ubuntu/pool/main/j/junit4/

from Ubuntu repos. @Damjan: can you provide a combination that would work?
