My opinion is *no* different.

Please read what Dave wrote, imho describe his points (1) and (2), the present,
and (3) the future. And the total said of (1)-(3) is (imho): short cycles now, 
but
reasonably long cycles in the future. 

(What is meant by future? I think approximate the time from the middle or end of
2017.)
