Hi, I'm by no means an expert on opensource licenses, so i just want to clarify something
As I understand it, there is nothing wrong for someone to sell or repackage open sourced software, most open source licenses explicitly allow that. Provided of course that certain conditions are met(like one has to ship software sources with the product, is not allowed to change license and some other things?) In this case i don't exactly believe those listings are fraudulent just because they sell a product one can get for free somewhere else.
