fully uploaded to SF, but also that SF propagates them to mirrors.

The upload is finally completed.
Now I'm having trouble finding out how to do this step:
"Set the attribute "Latest Version" to all full installation files for
every platform."
I can't seem to find where to do that in the SF interface.
