I changed the settings in the ACP.
Before:
BBCode usage = [rel={LOCAL_URL}]{TEXT1}[/rel]
HTML replacement = <a href="{LOCAL_URL}">{TEXT1}</a>
Now:
BBCode usage = [rel={TEXT1}]{TEXT2}[/rel]
HTML replacement = <a
href="https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/{TEXT1}";>{TEXT2}</a>
Not very elegant since it defeats the point of the LOCAL_URL. But at
least it works.
