That might be true, that's why that external/common mechanism is in
place.

Anyway, cloph is simplyfing because "rebuild from source" *is* a
principle in the OSS world, not just for Debian.. Although many people
apparently don't care that much....

No, because I don't have them.

But I just (coincidentially) met Christian in Munich and we discussed about
it a bit more; I can add the URL in the message in my next configure cws
(or configure19 in case Pavel agrees with it because that cws already is
RfQA and he complained last time I set the ces from RfQA back to new ;)
)...

In any case, I did the configure check before you uploaded the dll, but
anyway.. I disagree with changing the default to "not rebuild", though.
