I think Bernd pointed to the culprit: it must be d:\OOEnv\ant

Do you want to check it out to use Cygwin only? I will send you a
document that explains how to setup the Cygwin environment and build OOo
with it. It's the prerelease of a document I want to place in our wiki
next week.
