The regression tests, where we have talked about, are being done by OTHER people - not only at OOo also in other software projects.
And Joerg wants to enhance this process and not the generall testing coverage of all kinds of tests.
You can start a discussion about enhancing such tests but that is not the goal of the actual discussion.
