[dev] Get started

Hi, 
I have read your Participate in OpenOffice.org  and I want started in your 
projects  I have more then 2 year experience in C\C++ programming. But 
in you site is so match information, links, etc… and it is hard to fund from 
what started, what sources download… I using VisualStidio 2005, so could you 
help me to get started?
