For Windows you can use ProcessExplorer (a task manager alternative). See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653 When you have selected a process open the 'Properties' entry in the context menu and go to the 'Image' tab. There it is listed. I don't know about the other platforms.
