No idea.  If you say so, then I guess you're right.

Well, I was referring to the block size for zlib, but after reading up
on it a bit it looks like the small dictionary and window sizes are
more constraining than the block size anyway.

Anyway, I'm probably completely wrong about this.  Sorry.
