I'm not sure if DBSlayer is usable solution for an XAPI proxy. I envision a
solution where a proxy could act as a normal XAPI server for a certain restriced
area, e.g. a country or a simple bbox area. That means a proxy needs a DB which
as about the same structure as XAPI which is filled up as users requests data.
