Hello! Presently, only XML planet files contain a file timestamp. Example:
<osm version="0.6" generator="OpenStreetMap planet.c" timestamp="2012-08-22T11:34:27Z"> I really would like to use the PBF planet files, but I need a file timestamp for my toolchain.
