On Google maps it is mapped as Emly Moor Mast: https://www.google.ch/maps/@53.6124963,-1.664788,17z?hl=en with a 3D icon and photo, so one can immediately see a tall obstacle ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_traffic_obstacle ).

By the way, it is not only on the default layer, - the Emly Moor Mast is not rendered on any osm.org layer: Standard, Bicycle Map, Transport Map, MapQuest Open, or Humanitarian, neither an icon, nor a text, though it is well tagged: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/422594
