The Cdi SCI and decorator work fine for Weld. You can see the last commit I
change to try to use OWB, but I get the exceptions listed above.
I really can't see how option B can be portable.... unless you convince the
Weld guys of that approach. Can you please talk to them directly as I can't be
piggy-in-the-middle on this.
