Hi OpenWhisk PPMC, I think the project has been progressing nicely towards graduation, electing a few people, making releases etc.
One way to keep track of this progress and to convince the Incubator PMC that the project is ready to graduate is to do a self-assessment based on https://community.apache.org/apache-way/apache-project-maturity-model.html - see the "How To Use" section for links to examples. Would someone from the PPMC take the lead on creating that document for OpenWhisk? We can discuss the details here of course, I'm happy to help in my incubation mentor role but would like someone from the PPMC to take the lead if possible. -Bertrand
