I also cannot edit https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=115527317 although editing https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/June2019 for example works. Feel free to add my signoff to the draft report. AFAIK cwiki.apache.org is now backed by the ASF LDAP services, so maybe someone needs to change the permissions to allow all OpenWhisk PMC members to edit (+contributors who ask for that). -Bertrand
