The Functional tests needed some updating, but they are working now
(on my windows machine anyway). Now I'll be making sure the
Performance tests are working too. Feel free to send me mail or ping
me on IRC if you find problems.

As it turns out the Functional tests weren't really broken but were
failing because of a valid bug in Chandler.
Thanks to Donn for invesitgating and fixing the bug. They should
run now. There are a couple of tests that still fail but those are
again because of valid bugs.
They are:
TestCollectionDeletion.py - Bug 4187
TestImporting.py - Bug 4155 (doesn't occur when you run the import
manually)
If anyone has problems running the functional tests using the
instructions here:

ChandlerAutomatedTestSystem
please feel free to contact me. I wouldn't mind spending some time
with you to over it if you like.

Once the functional tests are fixed, people should run them as
well as the unit tests before checking in.
If you don't know how to run the CATS tests, you can find out here

ChandlerAutomatedTestSystem>
I have a z-shell script that I use for running them on Linux and
the Mac, if people are interested.

Just an FYI, a whole bunch of CATS functional tests are broken
right now due to the recent code changes in Chandler. I am
working on fixing them.
I will let you know as soon as they are runnable again,
