We're eagerly looking forward for some APIs to connect to and/or some
perly modules that would allow performing the. As this would become a
greater project, I would like you to contact ((otrs.de)) to coordinate
things. You can be quite sure that we did think about this already, but
I can't say much about a prioritisation right now, but don't expect
anything real soon.
