Fine, you tested OTRS 2.0. Any feedback about the new package manager? :-)
In OTRS 2.0 we moved to see tickets and faqs as objects. So we also plan to
have event objects (but currentlly we don't have event objects).
And with the OTRS framework comes a basic feature to link objects. So if we
moved the events to objects it is not problem to link also events to tickets
or faqs.
