I can reproduce this problems. With OTRS 2.0.4 and mysql 5.0 it looks like this: DBI::db=HASH(0x8c4272c)->disconnect invalidates 1 active statement handle (either destroy statement handles or call finish on them before disconnecting) at /home/cs/src/otrs/Kernel/System/DB.pm line 219, <PRODUCT> line 2. It helped to comment out line 219 in Kernel/System/DB.pm but we have to research the issue further more. I opened a bug report on this issue: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1231 >But I want to complain about the official support of the otrs-Group. We will restruture our support packages in the near future and I'm sure that getting support for one issue or for one day only will be possible then. >Alexander Maringer Regards, Christian -- ((otrs)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Europaring 4 :: D - 94315 Straubing Fon: +49 (0) 9421 1862 760 :: Fax: +49 (0) 9421 1862 769 http://www.otrs.com/ :: Communication with success!
