Hello,
we received some spam mails recently with attachments whose filenames contained
slashes. This causes
Kernel::System::Ticket::ArticleStorageFS::ArticleWriteAttachment to fail. One
could do
# strip slashes from filenames
$Param{Filename} =~ s/\//_/g;
in row 262 to solve this issue.
