I found wsdl for generic interface, but it provides operations only for Tickets.
I need something for customers and services.

What language are you looking at for using? XML/RPC is relatively easy to use 
from languages such as PHP or Perl, it is a bit inconvenient from Java or .Net. 
The WSDL which is available for the Generic Interface web services is much more 
convenient to use from these languages.
