What language are you looking at for using? XML/RPC is relatively easy to use from languages such as PHP or Perl, it is a bit inconvenient from Java or .Net. The WSDL which is available for the Generic Interface web services is much more convenient to use from these languages. -- Michiel _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: dev - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/dev To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/dev _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: dev - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/dev To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/dev
