Hi @patrickhulce As far as I can see in the [PR##12120](https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/pull/12120/commits/b2e812f11d661df151c8f84396e90e4195863709) the unsized non-network svg are ignored, Is not the same with inlined images?
