  - cargo test --workspace passed.
  - Java JNI round-trip tests passed.
  - Python FFI tests passed.
- Verified Java staging artifacts checksums and signatures.
- Checked TestPyPI wheels and installed the macOS arm64 wheel for a smoke test.
