Review Comment:
I think the rationale here is that page indexes are mostly meant for
filtering use-cases and that the additional information is not necessarily
useful here. In particular with no filters readers wouldn't be reading the
page index in the first place, so if we want page level size estimation then it
is better placed in page metadata and not in the index.
That being said I don't feel too strongly here. @gszadovszky @wgtmac
@mapleFU thoughts?
