Hi, Given that we haven't the parquet-cpp for over six years now, I made a PR https://github.com/apache/parquet-cpp/pull/504 that removes most of the contents over at https://github.com/apache/parquet-cpp/pull/504. This should make it even clearer to everyone that the repository is no longer in use. If there aren't any objections, I would also try and archive it if it is possible.
