I have compiled the replies and it comes down to this:
All people are available at 9:30PT on Wednesdays (for me it works as long
as it is not the 2nd Wednesday of the month)
We could move it 30mins earlier but we would lose Micah and given the
current activity I do think we need Micah :)
Since there is an immediate need to advance the discussion I suggest we
start next week. We can also discuss in the meeting if we want to sync more
often in the short term.

I'm going to move the current invite to next week at 9:30am PT 12:30pm ET
6:30pm CET and I'll share the event here.
Of course we'll revisit as we go, please chime in as things change.
Everybody is welcome to join.
