Hi, There's an issue https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/issues/3007 that we closed in a PR https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3017. This is a problem for projects that depend on Parquet including Spark. It results in duplicated classes on the class path due to a flaw in the shading of parquet-jackson.
