Hi All, Following our last community discussion, Daniel and I were tasked to move from Zoom to Google Meet for all future sync meetings. This change aims to streamline our meeting process and improve accessibility.
We already added all the people from the current invitation. To ensure you receive calendar invitations for the upcoming Apache Parquet Community Sync meetings via Google Meet, we have created a dedicated Google Group. Here's what you need to do: Please join our new Google Group here: https://groups.google.com/g/apache-parquet-community-sync/about Once you have joined the group, you will automatically receive Google Calendar invitations for all our scheduled Community Sync meetings directly to your inbox. This will ensure you always have the most up-to-date meeting details and links. As part of this transition, we plan to make meeting recordings available on YouTube and provide transcripts for each session, enhancing our ability to share information and catch up on discussions. We encourage everyone who wishes to attend our Community Sync meetings to join the Google Group as soon as possible. We will create a PR to update the website for instructions too.
