Hi everyone, I would like to bring up the release of Parquet-Java 1.17.0. Recently, we've bumped the Java lower bound to 11 <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3314> to unblock the protobuf version bump <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/pull/3182> that many folks have been waiting for. I've created a 1.17.0 milestone <https://github.com/apache/parquet-java/milestone/32> to track what we want to get in.
