Hi Julien

I tried to add this calendar but get an error, "You don't have access to
956b544de0c9210a6ec859ca0cca5b16c68ebdd6bcbf4fde4b3f1ce19350d...@group.calendar.google.com's
calendar."

Does the calendar need to be made public?

Thanks,
Adam

Hello all,
1) As discussed at last week's meeting, I made a Parquet calendar to help
share any additional ad-hoc meetings that might be held on specific topics.
I have not yet moved the existing bi-weekly to it because it seems I don't
have the right rights. (maybe @Talat Uyarer <[email protected]> can help?)

2) Per our discussion, I'm adding a reminder that the first form of
communication in the community is this mailing list as it enables people in
very different timezones to collaborate over async means (emails,
commenting on google docs, github issues and PRs).
Synchronous online meetings help async communication moving along a little
faster but should always conclude with written notes to the mailing list to
give the opportunity to comment to people who could not attend. Final
decisions are taken on the list.

3) As discussed, Jiayi (facilitator), Divjot, Will, Gunnar, Alkis, Robert,
Rok will get a google doc started to clarify the goals and current options
for the improved footer. The calendar is here to publish the invite for
optional additional sync meetings on the topic. This is just the initial
list of people who expressed interest in the meeting, please feel free to
join. Jiayi, you are on point to get a thread going about this.

Thank you all!
