+1 (non-binding) Sorry for the late comment. In general, I am fine with the proposal. However, I would like to cover versions on Blob Storage in the FILE type. I think it would be beneficial to address this because all Blob Storages support versioning. This will give us deterministic results on Blob Storage paths.
