Chris helped me get up to speed on editing the website, which is really
easy and already documented [1]. It's a middleman-generated site with
markdown source, hosted from SVN once the content is compiled and committed.
For anyone interested in using git instead of svn, I've cloned the
Parquet part of the repo and you can clone my copy of it:

If you'd rather not deal with SVN, clone that and send PRs. I'll merge
them and push to SVN.
I've also added a PR for a bylaws page that's ready for review:

I'm not sure how we want to update the site generally, but I think
changing bylaws should get at least a double-check to make sure we did
actually vote on it.
