I added some more improvements to handle pattern resources in revision 1159510
- created a new package org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.graphics.pattern for the
pattern stuff
- moved the class PDPatternResources to the new package
- added 2 subclasses PDTilingPatternResources and PDShadingPatternResources to
deal with the 2 different types of patterns
TODOs:
- complete the PDShadingPatternResources
- adding shading support (see PDFBOX-615)
- rendering of patterns
